Q.

He was suffering with cold from last one week using maxtra drops 3 times a day but not much effective can u suggest any medication

A. you are using appropriate medicine Cold cough in the baby are viral infections please give steam inhalation frequently e and saline drops in the nose of the baby it will take one week
