Mostly it's a viral and will be normal in 3 to 5 days just steam as a home remedy for this. Other montair LC for cold and ascoril for cough can be used

Sinarist 1.5 ML twice a day for three days can be given if your child is having running nose if it is cold and blocked nose is there than you should put nasal drops 5 to 6 times in a day as and when it is required and if that is also not helping then you can give indirect steam to the child twice a day
