he is 7 years old and his weight is 35 kg but also suffering from thyroid his tsh is 6 and his belly is out. please suggest

A. hi mom you need to show him to a doctor and a qualified dietitian for proper advise give home cooked meals, include proteins in each diet limit or avoid packaged foods
