May be local pathology. it is important to meet the doctor for examination because relevant history has to be evaluated along with proper medical check up. meet the doctor for complete examination if needed the doctor will go for investigations

Oh well sometimes little bit you can see but that is not necessary that the nipple growth is happening but if you see it is very evident and significant as per the age then in that case you should definitely have an assessment with your doctor regarding the situation
