hai mam, am having legs n hands swelling pain.i had normal delivery mysore baby is in 6 month. n amele getting periods monthly office 24 21 day's cycle....is dat ok amele having lots of body pain...plz reply mam

have Sunbath every morning for half an hour.
nap often to stay rested
