I'm getting severe breast pain n swelling from 14 days before my periods. can i use naprox tablet to reduce pain.

you can take tablet paracetamol 650 mg for pain as well as for fever
paracetamol can be taken maximum four times per day and it has to be taken after some amount of food
the pain or fever doesn't resolve then it is advisable that you should visit the doctor
