Sometimes Risha take 3 or 4 days to stool. Only need confirmation that everything is ok or I have to do something for her.?

it is totally normal for small children less than 6 months of age not to pass stool for 10 days also. 
it is also normal if they aare passing stool more than 6 or 7 times per day. 
if the consistency of the stool is Semi solid to solid there is no need to worry about the frequency as well as the colour of the stool.
also straining while passing urine and stool is normal.
Do burping for 15 to 20 minutes
