Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. no problem in giving. In small babies the head will be having largest surface area so there will be more blood supply and palms and soles will also have more blood supply there will be sweating to regulate body temperature it is not fever

It’s all normal and common
No need to worry
Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein
Keep baby in well ventilated room
Maintain hydration
