Good evening My child got a diaper rash as seen in the pic.... kindly suggest what should I do? I am using coconut oil,b4 nappi cream but still no improvement kindly help?

A. Yes, Avoid diapers and use cloth nappies, Apply candid b cream or rash free cream 3 to 4 times /day. and keep the baby diaper free as much as possible.
