good afternoon my son is having cold and cough with fever coming and going doctor has prescribed clamp kid forte 3.5 ml 2 times a day,turby ls 5ml 3 times a day and levocitrizine hydrochloride 5ml once evening,mintelukast tablet 4mg once in the evening yesterday Theresa's no fever in afternoon 99.2 temp was noted he is having runny nose it is the 3 day am using medicine how long does it take to subside what extra precautions I have to take as I have used frisium for 2and half days and evening is the last dose of frisium I have to use I have given frisum 5 mg half tablet for 2 days I am worried if fever raises how long I have to give frisium as today evening last dose of 3 Day will be completed

To reduce body temperature take warm water  towel bath whenever temperature raises use this method or otherwise give paracetamol syrup or mefenamic acid.it will reduce fever in kids

from first episode you have to give frisium for only 3 days after that even if fever comes there is no need to continue frizium
this condition is also known as febrile seizures(fits/convulsions)
