good afternoon moms I need an help from u people after my second pregnancy my body weight has more gain. I am breast feeder of 8month old baby. how to lose my weight give any tips. if I do exercise my knee and legs are paining.

A. should take eat little spend more calories Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. good evening it is advisable to do Surya namaskar everyday in the morning it will help you reduce your food cravings it will help to reduce the overall body weight as well as reduce pain in the back and knees
