hello mam, how should I keep my body weight perfect during pregnancy, as during pregnancy I generally gain 10 to 15kgs. I guess it is more

A. Hi During pregnancy, try to eat healthy foods. focussing more on vegetables, fruits, pulses, milk, paneer Avoid sugary foods, junk foods, fried foods. Moderate exercise like walking also helps. this will avoid gaining excessive weight during pregnancy.
