Gd evng doctor,meri baby ki eyes me water aa reha aan redness bhi ho gyi aa thori thori..or eyes me dust bhi hai ..kya kru plzz bataiye

use ciplox eye drops for 7 days ..
kerp good hygien n avoid touching her eyes..
for furtber yiu can visit yiur doctor

If eyes are red and also followed by yellow discharge then you shouod consult with your paediatric for appropriate eye drops. Good luck and take care
