RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. It Maybe tear duct blocked which is why it is seen somewhere like this when it’s wild eyes has water all the time you can do a gentle massage on the nose of your child in between the eyes area that is going to help in opening up the tear duct blockage
