for past 2-3months, i see a good amount of hairfall while combing her hair. even when I apply oil, with very mild massage using my fingers ,I see her hair falling and sticking to my hands ,my clothes too.

you can consult your doctor to know the actual cause and management accordingly. 
give her protien rich, green  leafy veggies in ample amount. 
massage her scalp with mahabring raj oil
