Earlier my baby used to have a bowel movement daily, but lately, the baby passes stool after skipping a day or two and it has become quite hard. They are experiencing constipation. So, please tell me some home remedies for this." He is four years old.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 days agoA. ok to avoid constipation give your child lots of fiber rich fruits n veggies. offer him luke warm water to drink. also give him active physical play outsides to improve digestion
