During pregnancy coombs test is positive. what it meant and what to do further?

Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
