You know what I feel right now is that you could be having some kind of a deficiency in the body secondly you have too small kids to manage and maybe you’re alone to do the things which are you getting so much of hassle meant into your behaviour and that is why you are taking out your anger like this and getting agitated so I would advise you to get a check with your doctor one time when they are going to help you with the proper supplements to go ahead with
