Q.
Dr diaper rashes remedy for 4 months old baby in winter season. using clothes is not useful that much.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. for perianal/perigenital / diaper rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper rash like
(rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal)
but if it is not improving then at night time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rash.
to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper dd

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Then you can use regular diapers but not regularly like not all 24 x 7 and keep using boroline anti septic cream which is what is going to be helpful for you in reducing down these rashes over the period
