doctor i m 10 weeks pragnent.....today I have a back pain problem so can I use hot water bag .....it s safe r not ....pliz suggest me

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Yes of course you can take hot water bag it’s safe and take good rest and avoid forward bending and long standing hours and maintain right posture while sitting and avoid sleeping on soft mattresses
