Doctor has prescribed azithromycin 500mg for throat pain.is it safe in breastfeeding?

If you told your doctor that you are a breastfeeding mum and even after that your doctor has advised you this medicine then you can take it because the doctor knows everything about your situation right now and accordingly there then certainly you can go ahead with it
