do black cumin reduces c section delivery belly fat. if I have not used belly wrap right after delivery, will belly wrap work if I wear now, when my baby is of 2 year or if not then only black cumin will work to reduce belly fat? if yes then how to take black cumin and for how many days?, please suggest
