delivered baby girl almost 7 months ago. periods started after one month. now problem is bit heavy bleeding on 2nd n 3rd day. after that it decreases. but lasting almost 7 days every month. is this normal? before delivery my periods stopped within 5 days.

No need to worry
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
Take a good care
Stay hydrated
Take calcium supplements vitamins supplements protein powder
Offer different varieties of food
Consult with your doctor once for proper treatment and examination
