#AskTheExpert Hi, This is 3rd month after delivery and mom had her periods. But she is having heavy bleeding. Is it normal please help.

A. can be due to hormonal fluctuations. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. eat healthy and stay hydrated. visit your gynaecologist once
