Q.

dear maam i want to know u that my second baby is 5 yr old not speaking words clearly n unable to make sentence. he understand each n everything n always says everything by hands movement. his speech therapy started from last month n improving slowly. please tell me he will speak or I do some more for him

A. yes tahts latem. Speech delay can have multiple causes and infected requires a detailed examination by a ENT doctor so as to know the actual cause. Speech therapist is also a must for improvement in speech issues so .
