cold is not controlled for the last ten days , from yesterd he suffered with fever also

A. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex coldf/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be associated symfrptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

A. ThenIt could be due to some kind of an infection since cold has already been there not subsiding and fever also is coming then I think it is some kind of an infection because fever mostly happens if there is some kind of an infection in the body it could be any kind of
