You can try Aveeno Baby Daily Moisture Wash and Shampoo for baby.it contains goodness of oats extracts and tears free formula sobaby also gets enjoy durinig bathing .i use it to wash my baby body and hairs.it has good natural ingredients and is good for the baby's delicate skin.it does not dry out baby,s sensitive skin and keeps it soft and moisturised.

I would not say is the best because lots of brands are there whatever suits the skin is the best for that particular parent so this is one of the finest brands that I can tell you that you can use for the skin of the child look for something which is suitable for the skin of the child
