Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Some medicines have been certified as foetal risk free. These include Tylenol, Reglan and Advil. These drugs are okay to take in limited quantities only during the first and the second trimester. To be on the safe side, consult your doctor before consuming these medicines.
