Q.

can we do light exercises after 2 months of c section ?? which type of exercises can do please tell me because i m feeling heavy heavy ??

A. hello dear you can do yoga and walking regularly but for excercise better to wait for completing 6 months of c section. also you can take warm water regularly, or green tea once in a day it keeps you active and helps in reducing weight.
