Can I use mama earth baby tummy roll on (hing and fennel oil) on 16 days old baby?

or simply, Take one spoon of lukewarm water.add pinch of heeng (asafetida) in it. Powdered heeng will dissolve fastly in water, Apply hing paste around nevel in clockwise direction. Do not massage or rub. Just apply and leave. Do folding and cyclic exercises of legs to release gas.
