can I use calpol paediatric drops (100mg) for common cold for 1 month old baby?

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. no it's for fever. normal temperature of baby is warm over forehead and palms and soles and tummy area . Only if temperature is above 99 farenheit on thermometer then it's considered fever in babies . Can be given calpol or T 98 for fever reduction every 6 hours and see a doctor .

For simple cold use saline nasal drops
Give indirect steam inhalation
Give Ajwain smell after heating on pan
Give adequate feeding
BM contains natural antibiotics to cure infection like cold cough naturally
