massage with coconut oil twice or thrice a day for healthy skin.
start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you can use calapur lotion only if it has been directed by the doctor. But do not use if it is medicated and prescribed buy the doctor. If it is not a medical lotion then you can use it without any problem.
To know if it is medicated, on the pack it would be mentioned ' use as directed by the doctor
