can I start exercise after 2 months of normal delivery?

A. Yes you can start Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

If You are stitches are healed completely then yes you can go ahead with exercising it is not an issue but you’re in I would like to tell you don’t do hard core exercises because that can reduce down the flow of your breastfeeding and don’t cut out on your diet eat really well so that your mail formation is Not affected with your exercising
