can I have potatoes after my post delivery of 3months.

Potatoes can be consumed from the beginning itself there is no restriction on potato or any kind of other vegetable and fruit see if there’s something traditional in your family that this particular food is not eaten or you have to follow particular way then it is a different story but if you talk as per what doctor say that do not restrictive from eating anything
