Simran singhGuardian of a 3 yr 1 m old girl2 years agoA. Yes, you can eat potato after your 3 months of your delivery. It is absolutely normal for both , you and baby. But as potatos as gassy , so it may cause gas problem to your baby. Then if your baby have gas related problems then you must avoid gassy products like potatos.
