Unless there is potato allergy there is no need to restrict potato in your diet.
moderation is the key.
include variety of seasonal vegetables in your daily diet.

But May I know why are you asking this question have you just delivered or are you pregnant you have not given me any details about yourself so it would be very difficult but generally I don’t think so there is any restriction on eating potato but you have to complete your question first
