Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 7 m old boy2 days agoA. Hello! I am not sure if raw beetroot can be easily digested by the child. Maybe you can just steam it and add it in the form of salad. Gradually introduce all food groups in your child daily diet that is healthy and Common in your family.
