can I give monticope syrup for my 2 year baby for congestion ?it is recommended by doctor.how long can I give this medicine for my baby?

Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritabilitjty could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decongcestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
