ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 weeks agoA. dear mum , u if u are craving for noodles then better choice is plain noodles which can then be cooked with lot of veggies and soya sauce this way u can avoid various additives chemicals high salt sugar that are present in ready to eat ones
