can i eat mangoes while breastfeeding ??

Yeah! You can have one mangoes as may be more cause gas to baby. Have Azwain and hing in the morning as you are breastfeeding. This will help baby in any gas issue.
Have other food as well Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed
