calcium tablet after pregnancy can I continue after 6month also

No need ypu should focus on eating calcium rich foods like a fistful of overnight soaked sesame seeds figs ragi drumsticks and milk and milk products can be taken and for its absorption you should expose yourself to morning sunlight daily before 12 pm

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello yes calcium supplements are advised taken even after delivery and as long as breastfeeding your baby it is advised so it would be better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you accordingly which would be better and also safe and nothing to worry
