but mam mai pregnancy ko avoid krna chati hu mujhe sirf 29 days hou hai mere periods 8 ko aune the. ab tkk nhi aye toh mai kitt use kr skti hu

A. you can't use it on your own. once consult your gynaecologist for routine check up and do all routine investigation required and start treatment as advised by your doctor
