ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. no bleeding during early pregnancy is not to be considered as normal and you should once visit your doctor for proper checkup and take the medications to stop the bleeding immediately and also if needed progesterone supplement should be added
