Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency. s you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain. for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy. s meet your doctor if it is not improving. advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables. d
