Bacche ko viral illness hai. Doctor ko dikhaya tha to unhone 6 hours ke duration mein paracetamol 250mg dene ko kaha or agar fever kam nahi hua to uske beech mein MEFTAL-P dene ko kaha hai or sath sath sponging karne ko bhi kaha hai. Antibiotic abhi mana Kia hai dene se. 3 din se bukhar hai lekin pehle pcm 4,5 baar de rahi thi or meftal bhi(sos) lekin ab pcm sirf 2 baar hi de rahi hu kyunki ab bukhar constant nahi hai, zyada gap mein bukhar ho raha hai. Kitne din tak pcm de sakte hai viral illness mein?

Viral can last up to 10 to 15 days also in some cases so if the fever is coming in longer gap that means slowly the fever is breaking down the tendency is reducing otherwise a fever generally repeats every 3 to 4 hours so this is better I think within 3 to 5 days or child should be completely out of it
