Baby's hand licking and finger sucking most of the time how to handle it. Is this stage breast milk is enough for her.

Sucking releases calming endorphins that help babies relax, fall asleep, or cope with being overtired or overstimulated. Around 3 to 4 months of age, babies find their hands. Putting hands in their mouth is a key part of sensory exploration and motor skill development.
