baby now 4.450 kg today 45 days vaccination done fever 100.2 what is the dosage of drops paracetamol 100mg

Five drops it is just going to be the same for initial 6 months where you can do five drops one time and then if you repeat it again after six hours if it is needed so that’s how you can give it to the child and if it doesn’t subside by completing the time of 72 hours then you can consult your doctor as well
