My Baby had 45 days vaccine yesterday.. he got fever around 100°F .. I have given paracetamol drops 0.4ml with 6 hrs gap. How many days of fever is common after vaccination.?

A. Fever should not save for more than 72 hours because if it does then in that case it is not considered as a normal fever it could be some another problem that is there maybe higher degree fever or anything in that case you need to check with your doctor
