Q.

my baby got 2nd vaccination done yesterday. He got fever since night. I have given paracetamol drops two times since yesterday, but he is having some fever can give paracetamol drops . How many times the baby should be given paracetamol drops.

A. when fever and pain comes after vaccination you can give paracetamol to the child for fever as well as pain. paracetamol can be given maximum 4s times per day. you can also apply ice over the injection site. if there is local swelling you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel. vaccine fever usually subsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyondd 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever
