Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. okay wikoryl AF syrup to the baby is hcold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby

Sinarist AF paediatric drops can be given to the child as of now you can go ahead with giving for a Mail add also along with that I would suggest you to give indirect steam in halation to the child that is ideal going to be good enough for the child as of now much is what is going to be helpful in reduction of the problem
